F.E.S. Construction Limited was incorporated in Freeport, Grand Bahama, Bahamas in the year 1979. Over the course of almost three decades, F. E. S. Construction Limited has grown to develop a reputation as one of the most prominent full-service Construction Management/General Contracting companies in the Commonwealth of the Bahamas today.
Our Company offers a complete scope of construction services ranging from corporate interior fit-outs, “out of the ground” construction, to major building infrastructure upgrades and modernization.

Good construction is like a well composed piece of music that is crystallized in space and elevates the spirit beyond; bringing to reality the dream of one’s imagination and a smile on the face of the architect to see his design unfold. F.E.S. Construction was formed by skill construction workers who saw the need to enhance the quality of product and bring to reality the dreams of planners, architects and project owners. This goal can only be achieved by determining and selecting the best workers to be directed by skilled supervisors. For this to continue the construction industry must have a feeder system constantly producing skilled workers. Our motto “Fast Efficient Service” has always been the foundation that supports our company’s structure.
